Love this building. Staff is smart and super intelligent, and the common spaces are tidy and uncrowded. Tenants are kind and respectful of each other. Overall I would highly recommend leasing from state and chestnut as it is reside managed which automatically means it is safe to say that you get your money's worth.

I know I ordered way more food than the average person and I think I was the only resident who had wake-up calls :) but everyone was always super friendly and got me to where I needed to be on-time! I love living here! This is the most perfect building in all of Chicago. Concierge staff is lovely to talk to, folks in the office were nice when I was signing my lease, the building is very clean, custodial and maintenance staff is always polite and friendly, and the amenities are great. Lots of nice public spaces to hang out at with the absolute coolest furniture and decor.

Everything is neat, clean and orderly; living in this building is very relaxing. The rooftop pool & patio plus the grill deck on the 7th floor are beautiful and well designed. Every day here feels like living in a modern luxury hotel. I've been here a year and never felt like they cut corners to save money. While the rent isn't a bargain, you will get what you pay for. It's worth it.

This building is amazing! The staff is very professional, and the facilities are the best I've seen. I love all of the common areas and amenities. The only cons are that the apartments are pretty small, but with all of the common space, I don't really mind it. It's in an unbelievably convenient location - I walk to everything, and the trains and buses are super close.

I've lived here for over two years and can't say enough great things about State and Chestnut. The units are beautiful, the building has great amenities such as the 35th floor rooftop pool, the location is prime, and best of all (in my opinion), the staff is EXCELLENT. It's super impressive how they address all of the residents by name and are so quick to help with any issue. I highly recommend living here.

I just moved out of State & Chestnut after nearly six years because I became a homeowner, and I was so sad to leave. The building is beautiful, incredibly well-maintained, and clean. It has the perfect downtown location that still feels like a neighborhood, the rooftop pool and its view are stunning, and the large gym and outdoor terrace are great amenities as well. The staff is what makes the place truly special. From management to concierge to maintenance workers, they're all so friendly.
